Historic Fallsington, Pennsylvania

Established as a Quaker community prior to 1683, this community contains more than 90 historic buildings and three of the original Friends Meeting Churches that were built for this growing community. William Penn visited and preached here while presiding at his country seat in Pennsbury which is located just 5 miles from here.

There is an original inn and stage coach stop in the center of town that is being restored. It even has two separate entrances (one for the gentlemen and one for the ladies) which was the custom in Quaker communities. These scenes will give you some idea of the history that is ready to be explored here.
